Our process is totally focused on the client.

We do not put you to work using worksheets to gather our informationlike many other resume writers. We like to invest our time talking with you and asking a full range of questions, hearing your success stories and experience. We lead you through the conversation to capture the most relevant information for the resume.

We conduct a one-on-one consultation, typically 1-hour in length, to gather the essential information about your career history, contributions, and results. We then take that information to write a resume that serves as an engaging, self-marketing piece that convinces employers you deserve the interview.

We then match your qualifications to those required in your future position to ensure we emphasis what is important to the employer

After completing the initial draft of your resume, you have an opportunity to request any revisions you like. Every once in awhile I will play devils advocate, if I think your changes could hurt your opportunities. Ultimately though, it is your resume and you have to be comfortable with the final product.
