Focus efforts on maintaining balance sheet and general ledger and preparing P&L statements for lending institution and corporate. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Utilize ADP for HR and payroll.

Key accomplishments / priorities:

  • Forge positive relationships with vendors, in addition to heavy relationship management with bank executives at several banks.

Promoted to lead accounting operations for $8 million catering service at leading convention center. Led four-person team charged with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Managed dual reporting responsibility, including to the city. Prepared annual forecast and commission statements. Responded to needs of city and independent KPMG auditors; continually passed audits with zero compliance issues. Oversaw budgeting and forecasting of autoshow generating $2.8 million in a week.
